Maius Mollis has teamed up with Neocia to release a remix of her EP title track Waves.
They're both artists who I've heard a lot about in passing but Maius brokethrough during my musical sabbatical and Neocia's Isolate EP was the first I heard of them just before I began to drift away from the North East music scene.
I'm glad on the first proper New Music Friday of my return, there's a collaboration to sink my teeth into. It gives me an excuse to drive proper into Mauis' Waves EP and crack open Neocia's collaborative release with an old favourite Faithful Johannes (I hope he still has his ironing board).
From this Waves Remix, I'm hoping the pair might work together on something original too.
