New release Ride Or Die is not only a far cry from her debut single Internet Religion, it's not really comparable to anything from her 2023 debut album Quarter Life Crisis. Baby Queen's usual cutting vocals are replaced with a softer, melodic approach.
It's less art-pop, and more just... pop (and gone are the days where that should seem like a criticism).
